The only data we store from our customers is your email address and data stored by ‘Mailchimp’ our chosen email list manager. You can view the policies of Mailchimp here.

If you email us directly we only keep the data for as long as your enquiry is ongoing, then we delete the content.

Within ‘Mailchimp’ certain data is stored pertaining to GDPR, this is accessible to you should you need to see it. ‘Mailchimp’ has a high level of security and that is why we have chosen to trust them to manage our customers data, limited as it is.

Our retail till system does not store any data that is linked to Baskets and Blooms online systems or Email list.

For a temporary period we are introducing online purchasing. We need certain basic information about you in order that we can deliver the goods. We will store the emails generated by our shop system and PayPal long enough to complete the order and deal with any issues arising. We do not have access to any of your bank details, passwords or other private information neither do we store such information.
